Rules – Haunted Manor of Davisboro

Middle Georgia's SCARIEST HAUNTED HOUSE!

The following items are NOT permitted in Haunted Manor: lighters, flashlights, laser pointers, cameras, weapons of any kind, silly string, fireworks, stink bombs, food or drink. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.


ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Haunted Manor, its staff or its personnel are not responsible for any damaged clothing or personal items.

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! Haunted Manor, its staff or personnel are not responsible for your personal property. Lock cars at all times.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in Haunted Manor.
DO NOT TOUCH the actors and they will not touch you. It is their job to scare you however if you lunge, grab or come in contact with them physically in any way, Haunted Manor of Davisboro will not be held liable.

REMOVE headgear and clip-on items.

WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING. Haunted Manor staff is not responsible for lost or damaged clothing.

NO UNRULY ACTIVITY WILL BE TOLERATED. Smoke machines and strobes are in use. If you have a HEART CONDITION, EPILEPSY, HISTORY OF SEIZURES or think you might be PREGNANT, PLEASE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

USE PARENTAL DISCRETION for children under the age of 12. The staff reserves the right to refuse service to any individual they deem unfit to go through Haunted Manor. Haunted Manor is not real, nor is it politically correct. If you are easily offended, this haunt is not for you.

Admission?

Admission is $10 per person. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

Why are we asked to NOT bring our cell phones?

This is a theatrical production. When phones ring, it is distracting and disturbing to others.

What happens if I lose or damage something in the haunt?

Do not stop inside the house for any lost or damaged items. Upon exiting Haunted Manor, go directly to the admissions booth to inform us of any lost items. Our staff will attempt to search for the article to the best of our ability at that time without interrupting the flow of foot traffic through the house. If we are unable to locate the lost item during operating hours, we will take your information and contact you in the event the article is located. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

How long will it take to get through?

Tour times are dependent upon a number of factors such as the total number of people in line and how fast our staff is allowing them to go through the house. We have customers that move very fast and some that move really slow. Length of tours vary from group to group.
